My philosophy
-
Holistic
Each human is inherently whole; you are not a problem that needs fixing. The answers and wisdom you seek are already within. I am here to provide reflection and a supportive environment that fosters self-realization. We will presence the mind, body, and spirit with the understanding that each of these elements are intrinsically connected parts of the whole 'you.'
-
purpose driven
None of our gifts or interests are on accident. Behind every collection of adaptive masks and list of 'shoulds' is an intuitive longing. It is your birth right to live in the truth of exactly who you are. By approaching life with curiosity, we can unlock our purpose.
-
Integrative
Sustainable healing takes into account more than just the thinking mind; it requires that we use a range of modalities to address emotional health, physical wellbeing, the unconscious mind, and spirituality. I rely on my intuition as well as real-time feedback from clients to inform what tools we use and when.

Sarah’s insights and direction was just on point. The whole session was flowing so organically and she really guided me to dig deep into the insights I wasn’t seeing clearly. Thank you so much for the space Sarah!

At the beginning of my session with Sarah, I was confused and a bit all over the place. At the end of my session, I felt rooted. She asked me some simple, yet powerful questions that helped me understand what was really at the root of my issue. So while we started off on one thing, the session gave me a deeper sense of clarity about what was underneath some of the stuff. Thank you Sarah!

Sarah is an amazing, gifted, and deeply intuitive coach. She held such a strong, yet sensitive space for me to process my feelings. She is able to weave together practical and intuitive tools into her work. I came away with so much more peace and clarity within. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone who is going through life transitions.

I came to Sarah with a large challenge I was wading through. Sarah was able to understand the issue and where I wanted to be and helped me calm the overwhelm with a simple breathing exercise that really helped ground me. She is a very caring and kind coach and she even gave me additional resources and ideas for after our session. Thank you so much Sarah!

FAQs
What If i am interested in coaching and breathwork?
Great! The most sustainable change is built around a framework that supports your mind, body and spirit. I like to combine many different modalities to suit the individual. We may start a session with meditation, move into breathwork and end in coaching. That’s what’s great about an integrative approach!
Do you offer sessions online or in-person?
Both! I am happy to meet with you via Zoom or in-person at the Estuary in Nashville, TN.
do you charge for an initial consultation?
No; I offer a complementary 3o min consult.
what happens if I miss an appointment?
I require 24 hours notice for an appointment cancellation. Should you cancel within that window, you’ll be charged the cost of the session.
What makes me a good fit for holistic coaching?
You’re naturally ambitious and you know you’re meant for more, but you’re having trouble deciphering the ‘how.’ You might be in a place where you feel stuck and you’re looking for someone who can help guide you towards a more aligned, expressive life.
What is the difference between coaching and therapY?
Therapy is intended to help people recover from emotional or psychological disorders. Therapy helps to identify how your past life experiences and traumas have affected you and what adaptive patterns you are bringing into your present reality. Coaching does not diagnose or treat disorders. Instead, we connect the dots between where you’re at today and where you’re looking to be in the future. We will clarify goals, identify patterns and obstacles in the way, and work together to move toward your desired life.
What is your rate?
